Lauren will share various examples of Bank of America's global approach to Employment Branding and recruitment marketing including; how, why and when its evolved and what the outcome has been for the candidate experience and talent acquisition team. Attendees will take away ideas and strategies they can apply to their own employment branding efforts in addition to gaining insight into the challenges and lessons learned as BofA has reshaped their process over the past few years.
