An organization of 13,000 employees, averaging 800 openings a week - their strategies are structured with powerful messaging to increase employee referrals, build content to attract applicants in each generation, and focus on hiring candidates who mirror their patient population – all with minimal, non-profit budget. They have proven success by thinking outside of the “post and pray” recruitment tactics resulting with over 5000 hires in 2019, by encouraging and empowering staff to utilize social channels for more than just sharing family photos.
