Bob Miles is Manager, Talent Acquisition and Programs at RTI International, supporting their Health Solutions, Discovery Sciences, and Technology Advancement and Commercialization business units, providing full cycle talent acquisition support. In addition to his talent acquisition responsibilities, Bob is responsible for leading the recruitment marketing and employer branding for the talent acquisition team. Joining RTI in May 2003, Bob has primarily functioned in a corporate wide recruiting capacity, supporting various business units and has also served as an HR Business Partner. Prior to working for RTI International, Bob gained extensive recruiting experience in both agency and corporate environments, primarily focused on information technology and accounting and finance, at a time when newspaper job postings were more common than the internet.
