As the Head of Talent Acquisition for AMC Networks, Paul Valente drives enterprise-wide recruiting efforts to accelerate corporate transformation including new businesses such as SVOD and Gaming.
Valente joined AMC Networks in 2017 and has been instrumental in identifying top talent for the company. Prior to joining AMC Networks, he led high-growth recruitment efforts at several technology and media organizations including Microsoft, Oracle and Viacom. Additionally, he has built Human Resources and Recruiting functions in the start-up space, which provided the opportunity to guide and mentor many entry-level professionals as well as senior executives. From his numerous years of experience in this field, he offers considerable insights into the application and interview process.
Valente graduated from Stockton University with a degree in Information Science. He enjoys travel, great food, CrossFit, time with family, and striving for bliss.
