In her 15-year career in Human Resources, Effie Hayes has had several leadership experiences across all of HR including supplier management, operations, contingent labor, recruiting and employer brand before transitioning into her current role as the Director of Enablement for Cigna's Talent Acquisition team. Today, Effie is focused on delivering powerful insights and leading strategic initiatives to enable Cigna hire 20,000 employees per year, over 20 different countries.
Effie holds a MBA from Drexel University and Bachelor’s degrees in Biotechnology and Chemistry from SUNY Buffalo. She lives in the greater Philadelphia area with her two sons and enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and shopping in her spare time.
