Early in her career, Brandy started in door-to-door vacuum cleaner sales (yep, it's a thing). Her experience hiring and training other sellers landed her a position with a staffing firm and ultimately led her to her true love: recruiting. Over the last 15+ years, Brandy has held dual recruiting and communications roles for companies like IBM, CenturyLink and Concur/SAP. Since joining SmashFly, Brandy has worked with some of the top performing Fortune 500 companies to transform their candidate experiences, talent nurture strategies and activate their employer brand strategies.
