Tim O’Gorman is the Social Media and Content Lead for U.S. Recruitment Brand at Deloitte. He is responsible for planning, designing and executing the Life at Deloitte social experience that promotes Deloitte as the employer of choice among campus and experienced hire candidates. He provides strategic counsel to leadership and drives marketplace impact by delivering digital marketing strategy and subject matter expertise to stakeholders across the four different businesses within Deloitte.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Tim spent 13 years at Accenture in Digital and Integrated Marketing roles, both on the client-facing and recruitment brand side of the business focusing on SEO, .com, digital strategy and social media. Before that Tim spent 5 years in the U.S. Air Force in Fire Rescue.
Tim lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife Brianna, 5 year old son Finnegan and 2 year old daughter Lincoln.
