Sara leads global recruitment marketing at Ecolab. In her role, she is responsible for integrating Ecolab’s employer brand into the recruitment marketing strategy, managing recruitment marketing projects, and building campaigns to advance jobseeker awareness and engagement. During her time at Ecolab, she also played a key role in the development and launch of Ecolab’s employer brand. Perpetually curious and excited by problem-solving, Sara is passionate about creating connections with people and cultivating meaningful experiences to help people determine whether Ecolab is right for them.
When she’s not talking about recruitment marketing, you can find Sara and her husband cooking, beekeeping, and doing projects on their hobby farm.
