Ryan is Senior Recruiter for the Utah Transit Authority, an integrated system of innovative, accessible and efficient public transportation services that increases access to opportunities and contributes to a healthy environment for the people of the Wasatch Region.
In his role, Ryan has been instrumental in successfully managing all of Utah Transit Authority recruiting contracts with outside vendors, along with leading contract negotiations and new contract implementations, Expanded Utah Transit Authority community outreach program, led the acquisition and implementation of Jobvite applicant tracking software and has been instrumental in automating the new hire import process to reduce the amount of time it takes for a Talent Acquisition Team member to get a new hire active in JDE.
