Headquartered in New York with operations in four time zones, Bayard has 225 devoted recruitment marketing professionals with expertise in social media, digital marketing, programmatic advertising, analytics, design, web development and UX; In other words, they’re a group of inventive critical thinkers that love activating employer brands and bringing an EVP to life.
Eric has spent the last 14 years working closely with many of the world’s most recognizable companies and recruitment marketing professionals to build, grow and innovate their talent acquisition marketing strategies. He has a B.S. in Marketing and an MBA from Colorado State University.
