His workshops and presentations draw upon his experience completing employment branding assignments for Aflac, OfficeMax, Pfizer, Allstate, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Adventist Health System, Sears and dozens of other companies. Mark leverages strategic brand communications disciplines to create impactful messaging to recruit, and retain, top talent across a variety of skill sets. Mark helped found CareerBuilder’s employment branding practice in 2008 and he and CBD Marketing continue to partner with the company on employment branding projects.
