Laura Bookout is the Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist at Commerce Bank, a super-community bank 154 years strong. Laura’s areas of expertise include social media recruiting, passive candidate sourcing, content marketing, recruitment collateral development, candidate experience, and employee referrals. She graduated with a BA in Business Administration from University of Missouri St. Louis and when she isn’t helping employers design a better way to recruit, she can be found binge watching Netflix, traveling, or snuggling with her two fur babies (meow).
