Elliott Garlock oversees talent branding, marketing, and technology strategy at Wayfair. Wayfair takes a differentiated data intensive approach to managing our talent department and Elliott’s team builds the “operating system” that our 300+ recruiting team runs on every day.
Prior to Wayfair was a technology entrepreneur and generalist executive at 3 venture capital backed hardware technology companies: Voxel8 (3D printing), Polyera (flexible electronics), and NanoIntegris (nanotechnology) where he focused on corporate strategy, finance, sales, marketing, business development, and recruiting. Early in his career, he received classical training in brand management at Procter and Gamble, and worked as a senior manager at the world’s largest hedge fund—Bridgewater Associates.
