Dr. Myers leads Traitify’s psychology team to create scientifically sound assessments, design validation studies, and conduct statistical analyses. Dr. Myers is also a research design and analytics consultant, specializing in the development of assessments and the analysis of their internal consistency and validity. Dr. Myers has both a doctorate in Personality Psychology and Master of Science in Statistics from Stanford University and has worked in many fields including psychology, medicine, law, and business, with experience in psychological assessments such as the MBTI and the Big Five Inventory.
