Texting, turns out, it’s here to stay. Texting with friends, family, colleagues and dare I say, people you might to want to date (or stop dating), etc. Well, rules might or might not exist in those texting relationships but now your candidates expect to received text messages from your recruiters and hiring managers. And whilst your team might be extremely savvy in the worlds of fax blasts, email marketing and leaving cryptic yet suggestive voicemails. They might not quite know the rules of the road for texting with candidates. Additonally, they might not know how to create a wonderful candidate experience via texting. This session will address rulesguidelines of texting etiquette for recruiters. As an attendee, you’ll leave the session with guide railsof what your team should do and what they should avoid while texting with candidates.
